Housing

The housing plans for NACCAP 2007 are intended to provide you with the opportunity to rest and relax. We want your time here to be enjoyable – that’s why you will be staying in the two most recently constructed residence halls on campus: Hope Hall and Horton Hall.

Note: There are also several pre-/post-conference housing options available. More on Pre-/Post-Conference Housing

Conference Housing

Hope Hall is the largest residence hall on campus. Completed in 2003, it offers 426 beds on four floors. Rooms are double-occupancy and are air-conditioned with individual room thermostats. Guests at Hope will enjoy traditional community bathrooms, a large kitchen on the main floor, wireless internet access, and several lounges in which to relax.

Horton Hall is the newest dorm on Biola’s campus, completed in 2006. It offers 414 beds on five floors. Guests at Horton will enjoy traditional community bathrooms, lobbies on each wing, a large kitchen/laundry facility in the basement, air-conditioning, and wireless internet access throughout the entire building.

Each dorm room has a full bathroom and includes bedding and linens.

The price for a single-occupancy room is $29 per person per night. The price for a double/triple-occupancy room is cost $27 per person per night. If interested, please contact Jessica Mireles at (714) 556-3610 or jmireles@vanguard.edu.

What type of linens will be available in the dorms we will stay in? Any? We are coming from the East Coast and wondering what to prepare for in packing towels, pillows, etc.

    Thanks!
    Sarah

  2. Lacey Says:

We too are wondering about linens.

    Thanks!

  3. Jacqueline Says:

Thank you for asking about linens. I am wondering, too,

  4. Paula Daugherty Says:

Standard linens will be provided in each of your rooms, so you will not need to pack any, unless you prefer to have any extras on your bed. Thanks!

  5. Sarah Zwinger Says:

    Thanks!

  6. Becky Says:

Are we able to stay at Biola on Wednesday night?

  7. Andrea Helmuth Says:

    Becky –

I’m sorry but housing is not available at Biola on Wednesday evening due to cleaning that must take place for other conferences. The hotels listed above are a good place to start for additional housing, or you can check with Vanguard University to see if they have rooms still available at a discounted rate. Call me if you have questions! My cell # is 562-315-6234.

    Andrea

  8. Lindsey Says:

Does the standard linens package include towels too?

  9. Jo Witte Says:

I just registered today. Isthere housing yet available or shall we plan to commute…we are close.

  10. Carrie Says:

Sorry we haven’t responded to the towels question. Yes, linens includes towels! Thanks for asking. Can’t wait to see you on campus soon.

  11. Carrie Says:

Jo, I think someone from NACCAP or Biola will be getting back to you. I’m not sure if housing is still available.
